This style of program is best suited for those who want to improve general health and fitness or learn the basics of strength training.  The program will be tailored to your fitness goals whether they are increasing strength, reducing body fat, improving posture, stabilizing injuries etc.  With my Kinesiology background, you can be assured that I will be able to coach you through correct movement mechanics and address injuries safely and effectively.  Getting a trainer to meet with you regularly each week will help your adherence to the program and ensure that your time is being used efficiently.
